Thanks to the collaboration between Sephora and Arcigay, a new one is now active Free psychological counseling and support service for all LGBTQIA+ students.
The initiative stems from the Sephora WE BELONG HERE campaign, which aims to raise awareness about the importance of a safe place for young people from the LGBTQIA+ community.
In fact, these children take their first steps in their social sphere in the school environment, which, however, is often perceived as an "unsafe" place due to bullying, episodes of homophobia and discrimination.
This is why we are opening this space for free and inclusive discussion and support, where you can be yourself.
The We Belong Here helpdesk was created thanks to a donation from Sephora to Arcigay, which enabled the activation of an online helpdesk offering a consultation service with psychologists and educators for a total of 1,000 hours. The helpdesk will be open until the available hours are filled, and no later than December 31, 2024.
