ORDINARY CONGRESS OF THE
ARCIGAY PROVINCIAL COMMITTEE OF MILAN

at the CIG headquarters in Via Bezzecca, 3 in Milan
(For logistical reasons, the location of the Congress may be subject to change.)
With the following agenda:
1. Esame e approvazione bilancio consuntivo 2007/2008;
2. Esame e approvazione bilancio previsionale 2008/2009;
3. Definizione linee guida 2008/2009;
4. Examination of any motions to amend the Statute;
5. Elezione Collegio dei Sindaci Revisori;
6. Elezione Collegio dei Probi Viri;

Possono partecipare al Congresso, candidarsi alle cariche elettive e votare, tutti i soci Arcigay iscritti prima della data odierna e residenti nelle province di Milano, Como, Lecco, Monza, Sondrio e Varese nonché i residenti in altre province che chiederanno di essere iscritti al Comitato di Milano.
