Given the natural expiry of the mandate of the current Presidency and the Regional Secretariat of Arcigay Toscana on 26 May 2009 and as decided in the meeting of the Regional Secretariat of Arcigay Toscana on 19 April 2009,
he is summoned
pursuant to Article 16 of the Statute
the ordinary Congress of Arcigay Toscana
for Saturday, June 6, 2009, 5:30 PM
at the new headquarters of the Livorno provincial committee of Arcigay “Il Faro”, in Livorno.
As established by Article 17 of the Regional Statute, the following items are included on the agenda:
– discussion and approval of the 2009 – 2012 association project;
– election of the Association's bodies
– miscellaneous (permanent guests to the Secretariat, board of auditors, honors, any others)
Delegates duly elected or appointed pursuant to Article 14 of the Regional Statute participate in the congress with the right to vote.
The National President of Arcigay or his delegate within the National Secretariat was invited to participate in the congress proceedings.
