[:en]The Congress of the Provincial Committee I DUE MARI of Reggio Calabria is CONVENED, in accordance with the provisions and methods set forth in articles 12 and 14 of the Statute of the Provincial Committee and in art. 10 of the National Statute of Arcigay, as approved by the Assembly of the XIII National Congress (Perugia 13 February 2010),
FOR OCTOBER 20, 2011, at the operational headquarters, the Waldensian Evangelical Church, Julia Hillebrand (hall), located in Via Possidonea n.2, in Reggio Calabria;
at the first call at 7:30 pm and at the second call at the same location at 8:30 pm with the following agendas:
– approval of the Congress Regulations and election of the presidency of the Provincial Congress;
– election of the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Board of Directors, National Councilor, and other corporate officers as provided for by the statute;
-discussion and possible approval of any miscellaneous matters;
All Arcigay members residing in the province of Reggio Calabria or who request to be assigned to the I Due Mari provincial committee are called to participate in the provincial congress with the right to vote.
