On Wednesday, October 12, at 11:30 a.m., the final press conference of "Io sono io lavoro" (I am I work) will be held at the Arcigay headquarters at Via di San Giovanni Laterano 10 in Rome. This is the first national statistical survey ever conducted on workplace discrimination against homosexuals and transgender people in Italy. The survey was conducted by Arcigay as part of a project co-funded by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies.
During the press conference, the research findings will be presented, along with stories of workplace discrimination collected and possible prevention strategies discussed.
Among those present will be Paolo Patanè, national president of Arcigay, Michele Giarratano, head of "Io Sono io lavoro," Raffaele Lelleri, researcher, and representatives of various associations.
Refreshments will be served at the end of the conference.
