[:it]Bologna, June 16, 2017 Three Pride events are scheduled for tomorrow, June 18th, as part of the fourth week of Onda Pride, the major demonstration of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and intersex movement that began in Arezzo on May 27th and will continue until August 19th, visiting twenty-four cities. Brescia Pride, a new addition to Onda 2017, will celebrate its "first" tomorrow. The event mobilized local networks under the slogan #unirelacittà. The rally is scheduled for 3:00 PM in Piazza della Vittoria. From there, the procession will depart at 4:00 PM, crossing the city and returning to Piazza della Vittoria, where representatives of the associations will speak. National Secretary Gabriele Piazzoni will speak for Arcigay. Tomorrow is also LGBT Pride Day in Varese, which will renew its Pride program: the rally will take place at 2:00 PM on Via Sacco, near Palazzo Estense. The march is scheduled to depart at 3:00 PM, arriving at Piazza Monte Grappa at 5:00 PM, where closing remarks will be held. Arcigay's national president, Flavio Romani, will represent the organization. Finally, the event will take place in Turin with the now traditional Turin Pride, which will depart at 4:00 PM from Piazza Carlo Felice and head toward Piazza Statuto, where the stage for the final demonstration will be set up. "Building on the enthusiasm of the highly successful Pride events of recent weeks," comments Gabriele Piazzoni, national secretary of Arcigay, "we are ready to invade three more cities with our lives, our bodies, and our demands. Ours is a great march for rights, so we are not ignoring the debate that has just begun in the Senate on the proposed law on ius soli. We are certain that the Pride Wave, with its disruptive effect, is a faithful snapshot of a country demanding rights, equality, and equal dignity. We ask that this snapshot inspire the parliamentarians called upon these days to address an important debate, the outcome of which will have significant repercussions for the communities that inhabit this country.
