The Congress of the Arcigay Chieti – Sylvia Rivera Territorial Committee is convened for the first call on September 25, 2022, at 8:00 p.m., at Via Dei Vestini 104, Chieti. If a sufficient quorum is not reached, the second call will be held on September 25, 2022, at 9:00 p.m., at Via Dei Vestini 104, Chieti. The meeting will discuss, either at the first or second call, the following agenda items:
- Illustration of the motions received for the XVII National Arcigay Congress;
- Voting on the motions received;
- Election of delegates for the XVII National Arcigay Congress;
- Proposal of the person(s) for the National Council pursuant to Article 22 of the Arcigay National Statute; 4. Vote on any proposed Orders of the Day, Statutory Amendments, and Recommendations.
The Territorial Congress is convened according to the provisions of the Territorial Statute, the National Statute and the Regulations of the XVII National Congress of Arcigay:
All members of the Arcigay Territorial Committee and of all associations belonging to Arcigay in the territory under the jurisdiction of the Territorial Committee have the right to vote.
