Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 5.30 pm, Arcigay Bergamo Cives, in collaboration with the Incrocio Quarenghi bookshop, invites you to a special event at the Goisis Space of Bergamo: the official presentation of the first book of Immanuel Casto, DiversMente – Relationships explained by those with more brains than hearts.

The meeting will be moderated by Enrico Caldoe will end with a session of signing copies open to the public.

A book for those who have always thought (too much?) about relationships

With his trademark wit, sharp gaze, and brilliant mind, Immanuel Casto lays himself bare in a one-of-a-kind essay that explores emotional, social, and human relationships from the perspective of someone who has always felt "more intelligent than empathetic.".

“I've always been told I'm smart, and I've finally believed it. But in relationships, I've always felt stupid. So much so, I wrote a book about it.”

Between personal anecdotes, reflections and provocations, Otherwise It becomes a useful and mercilessly honest manual for those seeking to decipher the (often absurd) rules of interpersonal dynamics. It's a book that makes you smile, think, and sometimes even feel a little pain—like all great truths.
