Arcigay Ferrara and December 1st

"LOVE yourself. Use a condom. Get tested," reads the slogan. A new message for a campaign that runs year after year, and which tomorrow, National AIDS Day, sees the commitment of Arci, Arcigay-Arcilesbica Associazione Circomassimo, and the patronage of the Province in Ferrara. "Within all our clubs in the area," recalls director Agnese Casazza, "we will distribute free condoms, along with a coupon listing all the locations in Ferrara and the province, including opening hours and phone numbers, where you can get tested anonymously and free of charge. Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome is a problem that affects everyone, regardless of sexual orientation." "Therefore, Flavio Romani, president of Arcigay Ferrara, continues, "it is important not to delay getting tested and to propose increasingly insistent awareness campaigns on the use of condoms." The campaign was also promoted by the Province, "despite Italy not having allocated resources to the AIDS fund in 2011," Vice President Massimiliano Fiorillo emphasized.
