ASD Bugs Bologna
The story of BUGSbologna began in September 2010.
A group of young people has become a team, united by their passion for sport. They meet every week to train, determined to build a team and give everyone the opportunity to experience football. The association's goal is to make a concrete contribution to the fight against homophobia in sport and, more generally, to be an active participant in the fight against all forms of discrimination in society.
We believe sport is a fundamental space for action in the fight against discrimination. Sport must become a space for socialization, sharing values, and acceptance. All diversity must coexist within sport, with the sole requirements of participation being human solidarity, mutual understanding, the identification of common goals, and respect and recognition of the value of individuals regardless of race, religious belief, political affiliation, or sexual orientation.
