Bologna, April 22, 2013 – Starting April 22nd, the Cassero LGBT Center, Gender Bender Festival, and KLM lottery will be coming to Bologna, offering four plane tickets to two major European destinations: Marseille and Amsterdam. The first prize will be a flight to France, where Parliament's final approval of the law extending civil marriage to same-sex couples is expected by the end of the month. Specifically, KLM is offering two return flights to Marseille (departing from Venice), this year's European Capital of Culture and host city of Europride 2013, from July 10th to 20th.
The second prize, meanwhile, takes you to the Netherlands, the first country to say "yes" to gay marriage. Up for grabs, again courtesy of KLM, are two return flights to Amsterdam (departing from Bologna), where the famous Gay Pride Parade on the canal takes place from July 27th to August 4th. Two thousand tickets will be on sale for €5, available at the Cassero (Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM or on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings). You can try your luck at winning the two main prizes or numerous consolation prizes.
The drawing will be held as part of the Bologna Pride 2013 initiatives, on the evening of June 28th, at the Cassero LGBT Center in Bologna (Via Don Minzoni 18). For information: 051/0957200. www.cassero.it.
