The Congress of the Provincial Committee of Arcigay Marcella di Folco of Salerno has been convened in accordance with the Statute of the Marcella di Folco Committee and of Arcigay Nazionale: in first call on Saturday 01 September 2012 at 8:00 am and in second call on Saturday 01 September 2012 at 4:00 pm, at the association headquarters Spazio Donna, Piazza Vittorio Veneto -2, with the following agenda:
1) discussion and approval of the association project and the general guidelines of the three-year activity program of the Marcella di Folco Committee;
2) discussion and approval of proposed amendments to the Provincial Committee Statute;
3) election of the statutory positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer and the Board of Directors;
4) election of the Board of Auditors or the Auditor;
5) Presentation of the motion(s), of the XIV National Arcigay Congress and related documents, proposed amendments to the statute, agenda, and any indications of direction;
6) Election of delegates of the Arcigay Marcella di Folco Salerno Provincial Committee at the XIV National Arcigay Congress

Members who have paid their membership fees have the right to vote at provincial congresses.
