On the occasion of the Day of Remembrance for the Victims of the Shoah, Arcigay Bari presents:
Myriam and Me is the story of a "special" love. A story within history that spans 1940s Europe, from homophobia to extermination camps, from tenderness to the discovery of one's sexuality, from nightclubs to Auschwitz; all condensed into an hour and ten minutes of theater, dance, and music. The soundtrack ranges from Cole Porter and Marlene Dietrich to Brecht/Weill and Kander & Ebb, the creators of successful musicals like Chicago and Cabaret, with songs that have become part of our genetic heritage and are performed entirely live.

Written and directed by Giovanni Gentile, starring the talented and elegant Cristina Siciliano, the group is completed by maestros Vito Liturri and Marco Boccia, who are instrumental on stage in the arrangement and live performance of the soundtrack, which magnificently supports the story.
