SERENA GRANERI

Youth Manager

Serena is a young queer activist from the Susa Valley, a member of Arcigay for almost seven years, who in her spare time is trying to earn a degree. After graduating high school and gaining work experience in various fields, she joined the Youth Group of the Arcigay Turin Committee in 2013, and a few months later, she decided to join the local Training Group. She completes her National Civil Service in a context where she finds the career path best suited to her, combining passion, politics, and social commitment—namely, education.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer* of the Arcigay Committee of Turin. Since November 2018, he has held the position of youth manager in the National Secretariat, coordinating the actions of the Arcigay Giovani network and representing Arcigay on the National Youth Council.

His great passions are: low-cost travel, sipping cocktails, moshing at concerts, eating large quantities of food, making jokes, listening to emo music, and sleeping with his cats. He's also a serious person, we can assure you.

TOSCA CELLINI

Head of the North/West area and communications

Tosca is part of Generation Z, always with her phone in her hand and her laptop in her backpack. She joined Arcigay Giovani in 2017 after participating in the "to seduce" club, as is well known. Youth Pride Camp. She fails in her attempt, but finds a family and a place to express herself, pursuing her ideal of political activism. A year later, she joins the Arcigay Turin training group "Ottavio Mai," where she learns to manage, with fabulous companions, school meetings. Meanwhile, in her (failed) attempt to become an influencer, between Facebook posts and Instagram stories, she coordinates the Turin youth group.

ROCK OF THE KINGDOM

Responsible for the Southern area and organization

Rocco, born in 1994, an activist from Salerno, after participating in the demonstration in support of civil unions held in Rome, joined Arcigay Salerno as a Councilor and Head of the Youth Group. From that year on, he held various roles, including Vice President and Treasurer of Arcigay Salerno. Despite his university commitments, he managed to build a Youth Group in Salerno, through fun and constructive moments, which led to personal growth. Within the Arcigay Giovani network, he actively participated in various initiatives, including the second Agorà in Perugia and the third Agorà in Bologna, as well as the Youth Pride Camp, where, in particular, the latter instilled in him the desire to do, to rediscover himself and to build a cohesive and sincere group!

NICHOLAS OF DOMITIUS

Head of the Central Area and Planning

Nicholas, born in Pescara in 1994, joined Arcigay Chieti "Sylvia Rivera" after leaving Jehovah's Witnesses. He initially joined the association's School Group to combat bullying and homo-lesbian-bi-transphobia in schools. This experience made him fall in love with activism, which led him to throw himself fully into the Chieti association, collaborating in numerous groups and projects such as the Youth Group, the School Group, Homodisability, Agorà, and the Migrant Help Desk. With this wealth of experience, he will join the coordination team currently working to bring the first Pride Parade to Abruzzo.

He lives by the mantra “free to be”, he constantly talks to everyone about rights and feminism but only one thing can stop him… Beyoncé!

FRANCESCO PRIMICERI

Responsible for programming and relations with student organizations

Francesco was born in the province of Lecce back in 1994. In 2013, he left home, both for studies and, perhaps above all, to find a place where he could figure out how to live his life. In Trento, he came into contact with Arcigay and, soon after, with the newly formed Rete Arcigay Giovani. Thanks to the people he met at the association and their commitment to the cause, he realized that the only way to truly live who he is is to accept himself. Since then, he has tried everything he can to help others who have experienced, or are experiencing, that same hardship; and he does his best to grow the association and the network.

Her job in coordination is to stress Serena and prevent her dictatorial side from prevailing. She writes timetables and invents role-playing games.
